  not only is DR HADEED, a miraculous plastic surgeon, but he is a genuinely great man. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. He is very down to earth, and connects with patients on a psychological level as well. I highly recommend DR HADEED to anyone in need of a great plastic surgeon. We need more doctors like him !

I had initial plans with another surgeon in Texas but the level of customer care could never equate Dr. Hadeed and his team. After being initially contacted by Nicole, I had no doubt I wanted Dr. Hadeed to be part of my transition journey. I contacted the office a few months prior but my insurance coverage through Medicare was not in effect at the time, they were willing to see me and work with me regardless. It was comforting to know that this office in such a prestigious place puts his clients first. Nicole was very informative and answered all my questions. When it was time to meet Dr. Hadeed I had no questions for him. Surgery was fast and I am very happy with my results. My recovery process was also fast and I was back in the gym after two months. Dr. Hadeed explained the whole process and even though the hospital did not treat me with the same level of respect, the situation was brought up to Dr. Hadeed's attention and he addressed the issue. Dr. Hadeed and his team put their customers first on an overall scale. I don't think I can put into words the level of customer care that his office provides. I am not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical that I would get a VIP experience being a regular Joe compared to the type of clients he must see but my experience in Dr. Hadeed's office was great and could not ask for more. My last follow-up appointment I had something come up last minute and had to reschedule a week before. I've had to reschedule appointments in the past but have never felt comfortable doing so as I knew it would be a hassle. Nicole was understanding and quickly changed my appointment without questioning the circumstance. I don't think I could recommend a better surgeon with an amazing team to care, follow-up, and become part of your transition.
